This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" dated May 21, 2013, and defines how Recaap LLP (BIN: 260340032259) collects, processes, and protects personal data of users of the Recaap platform and mobile application.

By using the Recaap app or website at recaap.kz, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Payment information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store card details)

Messages sent to the AI Assistant (processed by OpenAI to generate responses)

To operate the AI Assistant (your text queries are sent to OpenAI GPT-4o-mini; no personal identifiers are included)

We share data with third parties only as necessary to provide the service:

OpenAI — AI Assistant responses. Only your text query is sent; no name, email, or financial data is included.
FreedomPay — payment processing for web subscriptions.
Apple App Store — subscription management for iOS users.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@recaap.kz.
